During my residency at the MoulinSart Art Center, I invited visitors to look at a collection of old trophies. These gleaming yet slightly outdated objects immediately sparked curiosity. Each visitor picks one up with interest: some remembered local competitions, while others imagined the stories behind on the metal.

I then invited them to use these trophies to create their own imaginary stories. With plaster and paint, participants reinterpreted the cups and gave them new meaning. The object of victory became a vessel of a memory, or sometimes even a tribute. Freed from their original purpose, the trophies began to tell stories each participant projected onto them.
