Designed as a mediation tool, The Archipel showcases the work of La Physique Autrement, made up of physicists and designers whose goal is to make science accessible to all. The installation brings together a selection of their projects, presenting them through storytelling, and invites visitors to explore them in an original form: a paper archipelago.

The project takes the form of a paper-made website. Screens, buttons, and interfaces are materialized in a tangible model, blurring the line between physical object and digital experience. Visitors can choose from four different paths. Once a route is selected, the journey unfolds across four stages that allow a closer exploration of one of the team’s projects. At each stop, a video plays, accompanied by an explanatory text and links to
additional resources.
